RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with the products you order from us. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size the first time around. Please review the following return policy to help with any issues you may run into. 

Faulty / damaged Items

In the event you receive a faulty item from us, we can help! Please send a photo of the defect and an email describing the issue to hello@shgsockexchange.store. We will review your request and send you a new item to replace the faulty item you have received at no cost to you.

Wrong Item / Size Received

If we send you a different size or item than you’ve requested, we’ll fix that for you! Send a message to hello@shgsockexchange.store describing the issue. We’ll send you a shipping label so you can send the wrong item back to us and we will ensure you get the correct item ASAP.

Exchanges

In the event you ordered the wrong product or size, let us know by sending a message to hello@shgsockexchange.store. We will gladly exchange the incorrect product for a correct product if returned in sellable condition. Note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the warehouse.

Returns

If you would like to return an item purchased under the “additional purchase” category, send a message to hello@shgsockexchange.store. Let us know the item name, order number, and reason for the return. We will gladly accept the return within 30 days if the item is returned in sellable condition. Note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the warehouse.
