DELIVERY

 

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email which will contain a tracking link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. If a tracking number isn’t included then your order will have been sent to Sledgehammer Headquarters for you to collect in person.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please check your messages and junk box for notifications regarding your order.

Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address. 
Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times.

If you have not received your delivery within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact hello@shgsockexchange.store with your name and order number and we will investigate the reason for the delay.
